Yoga, an ancient practice, strengthens children’s growing bodies and also improves their flexibility. A virtual yoga session with Ms. Zainab Imani, yoga instructor, was conducted for the Pre-primary students on 12th November, 2021. This session fostered a unique sense of empowerment through meditation, pranayama and practising different asanas. Children thoroughly enjoyed the different animal yoga poses which helped them connect with animals. It was a fun-filled session with a lot of health benefits and pure relaxation.
