On 12th June 2025, the campus of Suchitra Academy was buzzing with excitement as our cheerful Grade I to V learners returned from their summer break, bringing with them energy, joy, and bright smiles. The day was filled with creative icebreakers and bonding activities that helped students reconnect with peers and teachers, setting a vibrant tone for the new academic year.
Marking the start of a year focused on well-being and mindful choices, we proudly introduced the ‘Sugar Board’ initiative in all primary classrooms—an effort aligned with the CBSE directive on health education.
These colourful boards highlight:
🌟 Recommended daily sugar intake
🍬 Hidden sugars in popular foods like junk food and soft drinks
⚠️ Health risks associated with excessive sugar
✅ Nutritious alternatives to sugary snacks
With engaging visuals and meaningful classroom discussions, our young learners began to understand the importance of healthy eating habits early on.
At Suchitra, we’re committed to nurturing healthy, happy learners—because building good habits today means empowering brighter futures tomorrow!
