Team building is an ongoing process that helps a group evolve into a cohesive unit. Team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks but also trust, support one another and respect individual differences. A plethora of team building activities was conducted for Grades I-III on 11th April during their special activity class. Students enjoyed the activities a lot and reflected on the importance of teamwork.
