Student Admission process

We are pleased that you are interested in applying for your child’s education at Suchitra Academy and would like to thank you for the same. Though most of the information is available to you on the website, we would still wish to invite you to visit us at our campus to have a better understanding of the education imparted for the Holistic Development of your child at Suchitra Academy.

A fitment test is conducted followed by an interview round with the prospective students and parents. The interview allows the teachers to guide the students with respect to their subject choices. In addition to their academic ability and potential, the school looks for qualities that show they will make the very best use of the extraordinary opportunities offered here, in and out of the classroom; and students who will seek to make their mark in the school, with active and positive participation, and leave a legacy behind them.

The School reserves the right of refusing admission / readmission.

Timings for walk-ins: 8.00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (Monday to Saturday)

Admissions open for: Pre Primary to Grade VIII & XI

Age criteria (as per class):

Age is calculated as on 30 June.

CBSE:
Nursery – 3 to 4 yrs
Jr.Kg – 4 to 5 yrs
Sr.kg – 5 to 6 yrs
Grade I – 6 to 7 yrs

Cambridge:

Stage 1 – 5 to 6 yrs

Admission process

Documents required for admission: Birth Certificate, 2 passport size photos of the child, one each of the mother and father, Transfer Certificates (if applicable), Assessment report (as applicable), Address Proof, Aadhaar ID of the Child and the parents.

Documents required for admission Grade IX and XI: Birth Certificate, 2 passport size photos of the child, one each of the mother and father, Transfer Certificates (if applicable), Assessment report, CBSE Registration Number, Migration Certificate(as applicable), Address Proof, Aadhaar ID of the Child and the parents.

Modalities of payment: Term Wise (3 Terms in an Academic year) or One-time payment for the whole year.

We understand that the admission of your child into a school is a very critical decision, hence would like to assist you in every possible way.

Academic Session:
Grades Play group to VIII – March to February
Grades IX, X, XII – February to March
Grade XI- April to March
Cambridge Academic session – June to May

School Timings: 7:55 AM to 3:00 PM
Summer Break: April – May
