Teacher’s Day Celebration: Pratibimb

Pratibimb means Reflection and a teacher or for that matter any person without reflecting on one’s practices or actions is an incomplete person. A teacher- more so, since we touch upon children and deal with them so closely, so that thoughtfulness in practices and action is necessary. We wanted to bring together the teaching community this Teacher’s Day to a reflective process that should eventually help the teacher to change, adapt and modify his/her teaching to a particular context. This does not happen in stages, but is a continuum of reflection, leading to change and further reflection. The culture of a school is of respect, integrity and self-learning and we work very hard to see that we live up to it.

Vaccination Drive

At Suchitra Academy we always try to create an enriching, healthy, and productive atmosphere for our staff. We endeavour to provide facilities to our staff that make their work life better. The need of the hour was to ensure that everyone in the Suchitra family is safe from the ensuing pandemic. A vaccination drive was organised where our staff members were given an opportunity to get their vaccinations along with a dependant member of the family at a reputed service provider for free. This ensured that the entire staff is now completely vaccinated and ready to face the new challenges.
