Armed with a Ph.D. in Education and three Master’s degrees, Dr. Radhika has held leadership roles across prominent institutions, including Billabong High International School and Shri Ram Universal School, where she was the founder principal. She has taught and led schools affiliated with SSC, CBSE, CISCE, and Cambridge curricula, giving her a truly diverse understanding of education systems. Dr. Radhika believes that a child thrives when education is meaningful, immersive, and connected to real-world experiences. Her work has consistently reflected her belief that “Education is the most powerful tool to shape a better, greener, and more inclusive world.” She has pioneered tech-enabled learning environments, integrated sustainability into curricula, and developed frameworks that prepare students for academic excellence. A national award-winning educator, she has been honored with the CENTA Teaching Professionals Olympiad Award, Best Techno-Resilient Principal, and Changemaker Award, among others. Her contributions to the education sector extend beyond school walls—she is a sought-after panelist, master coach, and conference speaker on topics ranging from innovative pedagogy to climate literacy and student well-being. Ms. Sheryle is deeply committed to nurturing every child’s natural curiosity and fostering a learning environment that supports the positive development of brain architecture during the Early Years. With dual postgraduate degrees and over 10 years of diverse professional experience, she brings a blend of passion, lifelong learning, empathy, and care to her role. Sheryle’s leadership aims to establish a strong foundation for each child’s learning, behavior, and overall well-being in the Early Years. A dedicated and skilled Early Years educator, Sheryle has undergone various training programs to enhance her expertise in Early Years education and childcare. She has been an integral part of Suchitra for the past 4 years, beginning her journey as a teacher and evolving through various roles, leading up to her current position as Head of Early Years Segment. Sheryle is a strong advocate for inclusive learning, striving to create an Early Years environment where every child feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Kamlesh Bahukhandi is a University of Delhi graduate and holds a diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education & Primary Teachers Training. She has experience of over 20 years as a progressive educator. Before joining Suchitra Academy, she worked at ASN International School (Delhi) and Delhi Public School (Hyderabad). She believes that every child deserves special care and affection to be able to spread their wings to fly and that It is the responsibility of teachers to identify the talents, skills, abilities and interest of the students and nurture them in such a way that each one of them blooms every step of their way. To add to it, she stresses the importance of parents’ involvement in their child’s lives. This is particularly critical because learning doesn’t stops at school, rather it should be seen in the continuum. And it is both the teachers and parents who can make it possible by working as collaborators.

Suman Singh holds a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, along with a bachelor’s in Education, and is CTET qualified. With 13 years of substantial experience in teaching the CBSE curriculum, she has served as a PGT, TGT, and Head of Department at various international schools throughout the city. She firmly believes in the transformative power of education, which not only equips students with essential knowledge and skills for success but also empowers them to change their lives and positively impact the world. Her objective is to inspire both students and teachers to push their limits and realize their true potential. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in senior secondary schools for fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. Manjeet has over 14 years of experience working in the field of teaching and administration. She has done her master’s in Finance from Kakatiya University. She has been in Suchitra for the last nine years and has donned several hats from a primary teacher to Coordinator. She is currently the Head programs and School Coordinator – Academics.

She is a dynamic leader with an enduring passion to help children reach their full potential not just academically but also socially, emotionally, and physically. She enjoys working with children of all ages, which makes her feel young and energetic. It taught her patience, compassion, sincerity, and open-mindedness. She believes every child is unique, and there is so much to facilitate them, which keeps her excited to give her best. Her core strengths lie in being a team worker and sharing strategies to cater to every student’s needs.

She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the events and programs pertaining to the whole school within the spirit of the school‘s Mission Statement. She provides strategic direction and promotes the aims of the school through the implementation of school policies.
